I found the staff very helpful. Every member was friendly. the location was excellent. Many attractions are within a short walk. our room was spacious and very clean with great amenities. i especially liked the complimentary bottle of cava we received!
i felt the gym was a little small for the size of the hotel.

The rooftop pool area includes a bar. I enjoyed cava there while watching the sunset. the location offers proximity to restaurants, bakeries, and shops like jansanna. gaudi's casa batllo and la pedrera are easily accessible too.

Every staff member, from front desk to bar, offered helpful and friendly service. the hotel provided great assistance when i needed to book a restaurant before my trip. the atmosphere was great. It was a pleasure to return after sightseeing.

The hotel thoughtfully provided gluten-free croissants, especially for my child who has coeliac disease. seventeen restaurant has AMAZING!!! food and great staff. They are so kind and helpful. i appreciated the special attention given to dietary requirements.

the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. my first international trip was smooth because of them. ralph's smiles and helpful attitude. the seventeen restaurant had amazing food and equally kind staff. i found the rooms comfortable.
i had some issues with my reservation. this was quite frustrating.
